[color=green][/ hello. ive star, ted reading the enlightenment
trilogy. and will just throw out questions as they arise, if its
ok.. havent known how to get involved here exactly. so. heres
       the question
how does one know if they are awake? it might seem strange,
but i honestly. dont know.. ive had. profound moments of
clarity at various points, and "know" certain things. that are
trully. fantastic. but. awake? what is the state, the
definition.. and i dnt mind reading more. to find out, just
thought i would write here as well. blessed. also... ive
tried to discover what the red x means to the left of post. by
createa forums help and simply by messing around here, but to
no avail.. what does the red x do? thanks..

The red X removes a post, but I believe that I am the only one
       who can do that. Ahhha....
       Thanks for your post.
If you have to ask if you are awake, you definitely are not.
That's about all I can point to there.
       Love ya, Jed.

well prring has to laugh again. silly joyfull giggle that
rose up. from deep within. after following helpfull. direction,
       she read the following quote
and recieved. its meaning within her awareness. which led to
the following words, trying to make sense of what she just "
       "heard"
Step 7 (first and last quote)
“1439. If you observe awareness steadily, this awareness itself
as Guru will reveal the Truth.”
perhaps the job is to observe what is observing on its own
independant of any me, and watch awareness as it is aware.
or does prring have that wrong.?
she thinks she is starting to see. that she does not
exist but rather something. (awareness). does. exist. it
is she that thinks. she exists independant of the thing that
is awareness. prring thinks she is seeing, experienceing.
when in truth. there is no her behind the i . (eye)
prring hopes shes not getting caught up in words.. she really
felt. the truth of the above quote and then trys to make sense
of what. was percieved.. sheesh.. shes so paranoid and
messed up around words. and how to exspress. with clarity. she
       wants to work this out.
prring doesnt want to be a chatterring monkey, saying no
thing.. in any event, prrings first quote. from ramana. was
       fun! thank you helpfull advice!

"the universal self is witness of itself"
again, very clear.. there is no i. there is only the witness
witnessing itself. how nice to know that i do not exist! now
the task being to get to know who is who i am not.
as i am that which i am not that iam. oh ha ha ha.. how
       totally cool.
