"soften into a tool or harden into an 'answer'" (from the
semi-dream this morning)…but upon reflection the opposite seems
to be the case, ie., the nature of an insight (so many little
poppers…punctuated by the occasional big banger) while
discovering your path is that it can be a tool to slash, smash
and forge your way ahead or the quicksand of a destination. It
can shatter delusion and see through illusion , or it can be the
mirage of an oasis yonder; a succubus; the siren luring unwary
sailors to their death on the rocks…

The oracle has spoken, "Meaning is the only thing worth looking
for.” More of a truism, really, in that meaninglessness is
impossible to find ...because nowhere is it missing. One of
those holograms that look like one thing until you look at it
from another angle and realise that it’s something totally
different- much richer and utterly accurate in a way that quite
revitalises the term, “ironic”.
But we, here, know that meaning does not exist. Nothing has the
slightest inherent meaning; only that which has been velcroed
onto it, like a cheap toupee, by this mind. It is ideas of
meaning that divide what is (not exactly) one (another irony, of
labelling) into something more. But even those ideas make not a
scratch on the truth they claim to have sliced 'n diced.
Freefall is punctuated by these bounces, off history and
looming, shadowy events. I killed my parents years ago, and that
scorched field has a fine carpet of green across it now.
Timeliness.... no substitute for it in timelessness.

No Question posed here. (I know you're busier now, so feel free

Mea culpa the inadvertent post on K1’s thread. I was just
catching up on some of my favourite post-ers... then mis-posted.
…and that my question posed there made no sense works in that
context as well. As I reconsider it now, the question is also
coming unraveled in my head, so let’s see how it plays second
time round:
There are people who believe that the pathway to
TR/enlightenment/nirvana etc. runs through the body and its
attendant senses. I know this because I’ve entered into
discussion with one or two of them.
They were suggesting I get out of my head. I’m not averse to
that and have long enjoyed going deeper into the physical:
karate, yoga, running, sex, types of meditation ...and past
experiments with substances that affect how the world is
experienced in the mind…which is where it all happens. Mind and
body are a false dichotomy. Both are outward manifestations of
consciousness.
Bodily pathways can be easily snuffed out, though…say, via a
spinal cord injury that robs the mind of any further body
experience…and I suppose a brain injury would do the same.
…I cannot for the life of me find a question among all this
cr4p...
