not so much as a hair out of place

Hi Jed, You and Maya had that conversation and both agreed that
not so much as a hair
our of place in the entire universe. Despite the obvious joke,
is Donald Trump not a hair
out of place? Not asking so much to condemn the Donald as to
       check myself. I am working
on letting go of the tiller and letting the universe lead me to
       my next action. Still Further.

       Hi Mac:
Welcome the forum and thank you for your post.
IMHO, everything is perfect and could be more perfect in the
next moment. Especially the Don's hair. Ooohhh... I'm jealous
cause I don't have much. But hey, I have the universe and he
only has a lot of money. I wouldn't trade.
Best wishes with letting go of the tiller, and if you want to
hold on to it, that is perfect also.
       Love ya, Jed.

       Thanks, Jed,
I imagine whether I let go of the tiller or not, no hair would
       be out of place, eh?
I am not too concerned with T/R, but H/A sounds ideal. Would the
       Human Adult
be a tiller holder, or not? Sonaya is my ideal of the H/A. Did
       she let the boat go
where it will? I check my growth by her yardstick, and a few
others I consider to be Human
       Adults.
       Still Further and thanks,
       mac

       Good Morning, Jed,
It seems that I remember your description of the loss of ego in
       HA was
a difficult experience. I know there is still further, but
       having worked on
the proper breathing and autolysis, I find that there is less
       thought of
I and more peace, effortless living, and less fear. I guess
       that just means
       Still further ;)?

Hi Jed, as it relates to breathing, I am practicing the qigong
       and tai chi belly breathing.
(breathing low from the ta tien or diaphragm) They are typically
referred to as natural breathing. Is this similar
to, or the same style of breathing you recommend? Thanks.
       Still further,
       mac

That's definitely the kind of breathing I do and I advocate.
       Love ya, Jed.

Hi Jed, reading your various treatments of surrender, it seems
       that the
quote of the Third Zen Patriarch, "The Great Way is easy, just
       avoid
picking and choosing," would be an important part of that
       action. No?
       Thanks!
       Still further,
