Last question

Hi Jed,
In my last question I asked how do I survive being with people
when I'm a no self. People constantly try to make something out
of "myself" and sometimes make it a devotion to try to figure
"me" out. I'm pretty poor at adopting a character let alone my
unwillingness to put in the energy into doing that.
The question: How do I go forward avoiding the distractions I
mentioned in the beginning?
Thanks again,
George

Hi George:
You may have missed the forum rules, but a member can only have
one thread and must post under that thread only.
Regarding your question, you only experience what you resist.
You have a conversation in your head that labels these as
distractions and you think they are bad. That's all just a
story. You are living in stories in your head about it, and
because stories are never real, by definition and in fact, they
will always end up cause grief of some kind.
Just be intensely aware of what you are doing and it will tend
to take care of itself. Awareness is a wonderful medicine.
Love ya, Jed.

Thanks for the reply, Jed.
I mistakingly deleted the last thread that's why I started a new
one.
Back to topic, what does being intensely aware of what I'm doing
accomplish?

Quantum Physics(ish). Looking at something changes it. Deep
awareness of your experiences will make them disappear, they
were never real anyways. Then what's left? Wait and see.
Love ya, Jed.
