Hi Jed,
I am hanging out with my friends last night and we talked about
"truth stuffs". So I said that life has no purpose and they said
that "Why do anything? Why work? " So I said, "That is because
you identify with your body. What you can perceive, you are not.
"
I understand their confusion. If I am just the watcher, any
action is as good as anything. Action or no action. But what
makes me move? Do I really decide it or I am just(this body)
product of innumerable causes?
Any thoughts?
Regards,
Sam

"Why do anything?" is a standard Maya/ego response... but
contemplate this... you have never done anything anyways... you
have just claimed a false ownership of actions that appear to
arise and occur to you.. there is no ''you''. End of story.
Love ya, Jed.

I believe you when you say I am not my body. I just watch it...
when there is no trouble. I get distracted when I have to do
things to survive, for my family. How to deal with problems,
just until I fully detached myself with what I am not?
Cheers
Sam

'"How to deal with problems, just until I fully detached myself

I take things quite literally, please clarity you above
sentence. Statements/assertions are just statements and
questions are questions.
Thanks in advance.
Love ya, Jed.

Apologies. My question is, until I am not yet realized, what do
I do with worldly troubles?

Simple, focus only on who is it that has troubles.

Hi Jed,
How do you measure spiritual progress? Whatever that means in
T/r.
Or did I ask a wrong question?
Thanks!
Sam

Cheers,
Sam

First of all, which consciousness are you referring to. There is
not good or bad, other than in mind. If you think ''mind'' is
consciousness then certainly good and bad exist there.
Love ya, Jed.

I only convince myself that I am already "That", I reject
everything stories, concept, words. Is that sufficient?
To be clear, "That" don't have any description. "Is" is the best
that I couls think of. I hope I am clear.

Sam
