What's up Jed!
Long time!
My problem is the "abiding" in abiding non-dual awareness, I am
aware but it is not abiding. I guess it's not really a problem
but somehow the realization of truth is not fully "realized" (if
it is, I won't be asking question to you anymore.) I just want
to know what is your thoughts on this. A silly question form a
silly person.
Thanks Jed,
Sam

To want it is to block it.
Love ya, Jed.

Hey Jed,
There is no me, no desire and emotions. I still feel it, but I
know that I am not it. I accept it, but I am not it. I am just
here, but it is not me. It's just, like, floating consciousness.
If it is possible, I'll do nothing. In the present, there is
nothing to do. But somehow, the past(everything) is humming
behind my head. Is it the ego(me) trying to be alive?
Right... further.
Sam

Certainly sounds like it. Maya/ego is durable, subtle and
capable of a multitude of masks.
Just stick with what you are doing.
Love ya, Jed.

Hey Jed,
Quick question. Now, how to live? Decisions are still necessary
but if there is no "me", what actions should I take?
And hypothetically, how about physical pain? I am not sick or
something but if ever, I have some permanent disease and it
brings so much discomfort, how do you deal with that?
Thank you for clarification,
Sam

Something/someone that is not me.
Thanks Jed.

What's up Jed!
Most of the time, I just observe the things that I am not. If I
lose my conscious awareness, I go back the thought 'I am' this
somehow reminds me to go back to being the silent observer
towards which I am not.
Now, is it okay to use the thought 'I am' as a crutch to go back
with my conscious awareness?
Regards,
Sam

Let's start by asking what you expect to get from ''Í am not''.
Please explain.
Love ya, Jed

Hi Jed,
If I know what 'I am not' is, then 'I am' is left. The 'I am'
that is always present but clouded by delusions of ego.
Regards,
Sam
