Do whatever you want. Or not. That is free will and its with you
every second. No one can take it but you can give it away as so
many do. Plenty of examples here.
If it doesn't feel good. Why do it? Good luck :)

       Excuse me:
"Next second, which word do you think of?"
"How do you know what you're thinking about this word?"
"Why is this word, not another word / sentence?"
"If you want to say," I don't know "
Tell me: the beginning of the "I" is how to come out?
Are you sure it's your free will to play a role?"
       ;) ;) ;)

"You" choose the next thought by being aware of the thought
process. Or "you" are sleepy and ask "others" or let them come
       by autopilot.
I am free will. I choose to play a role. And I
       choose...exactly.. When.to.stop.

Man oh man.... you mean I can't jump? I've had my knickers in a
knot for some years about this since a couple of LSD experiences
where I stumbled upon my fear of death. I almost let go..(I
started getting sucked out of my own head for some weird
reason??!) but then I grabbed hold of the nearest thing/thought.
:/ I think what this has taught me is like you say it is not up
to me... I can't do shit but relax.
But the fear of death... it is only on acid I get to face it.
And doing that to get to that is automatically putting up
resistance because it is not really a surprise is it. So if I
want it I can't get it. I am not ready yet. Right?
This shit has brought me a lot of confusion.. and tension...
Trying to relax though... as that could work. :)
       What do you say Jed?

Nothing ever happens just the way I think it will happen, even
though I myself believe I make choices anticipating an expected
outcome which NEVER happens as expected. It's always different.
Why do I STILL believe that I am in command of my world and
responsible for everything that happens in it?
       Lunacy.

Responsible, yes, guilty, never... at cause but never at
fault... and neither is anyone else.

The only time free will is considered for here, is when the
words are read, and thought might assert things that could be
viewed as free will, but seeing such thoughts only appear to
occur when free will is mentioned, that and the fact that its
clear I do not know what may errupt next, be it a thought
bubbling to the surface, or a sensation, or an event, sort of is
sign that free will is usually a thought construct, a response
       to a response - responding.
What seems to be how it is for here, is the once percieved flow,
is now seen as the effect of the identification with the
body/mind/world that appears to move. The odd thing about this
is, it seriously feels that for quite some so called time or
sorts, Nothing has really changed, this moment appears to be the
only moment, it appears to be infinite, immeasurable, boundless,
yet within this moment are the appearances that come and go, but
not this one utterly still moment. I dont claim to know much
about that, or this, other than its an aspect of purely being.
THe choice of re-entery, especially if the expected no longer
matched with the percieved, and to the point that the dream
revealed itself to itself, or simply a play of form. further
adds to the likely fact that re-entry is utter bs, but hey, me
donning on the guru hat, hasnt appeared to be something Id take
       to, so well.
The mentioned choice may well be the only real choice. Play
acting, pretending to give a damn, when all the rules seem back
the front. IN this journey, bad can be the good, but hey, Im
still acclimatising, and I dont know what will be. I am studying
music, Funk and jazz, and maybe Ill be the type who has the good
sense in keeping quite about nucking ones world. ;)

If you think "logically" free will doesn't exist. Everything is
conditioned by our surroundings and by others. And also by the
       mechanics of physics.
If we really had free will, then we would be allowed to
"function" without the restriction of the laws of physics...
what make us think that those rules doesn't govern our choices
       and everything?
Thinking that we have free will doesn't make it true, it is just
a thought saying to another thought "yes I have free will"...
       it's an illusion.
I recommend everyone to take a look a Sam Harris video about
free will, very interesting. And it is good because he is
atheist and he's an skeptic, so does make their arguments more
compelling if you have a similar point of view.
