       hi Jed,
after finishing the list then what will be the next? how to use
the method of collapsing time and space?
       with love,

what came next for me was a dream, a nightdream of being touched
in a way that sparked sexual arousal once again.
the collapsing does not end. it just moves ever-more-steadily
       inward.
at least, that's how it's been for me so far.

"list all your sexual experiences. That should be easy."
seriously? ALL of them?!! I have a sexual experience multiple
times a day, mostly alone and not nec physical either.
       don't get that.
guess we need to define a 'sexual experience'. Good luck with
       that! ;D

Remember, a feeling is something that you actually feel, a
physical sensation. It may be in your stomach, or your foot,
       i.e. pressure, heat, movement, etc.
Feelings are definitely not emotion, although there appears to
be a connection. An emotion is the conversation you have about
a feeling. Watch, experience and realize these are no the same
       thing.
       Then restate your question.
       Love ya, Jed

       stop. listen. and feel.
letting go of the conversation reveals peace with what is. it
only requires that i be quiet and willing to let go of my
thoughts and judgments, to be 'here' to embrace whatever
       situation i am in.

The thing about responsibility is that you forgive only to let
it go. I am "responsive" to what is and what it is, we don't
bloody know! The more you get aware on that, the faster
illusions go. We think we have to take action of some kind
figuring it out. Nothing gets you there. It takes a simple piece
of paper and a pen, write ur shit down in the form of
questionings, and keep wondering like a curious Alice. But, who
in the world bothers with so many external distractions. Weee!!
       Amusement parc!

illusions don't go. the only choice is to see through them with
       profound understanding.
i am actually at the guilty-of-nothing party up the street. i
think i can see the guilty party from here, but it's only a
small dark spot in the city center. easy to find, but the place
       is a drag.
