Jed Rant: A little about God from the Nav Series.
   DIR By: Jed McKenna
       Date: November 15, 2015, 10:59 pm
       ---------------------------------------------------------
If I just told you that you were God, or ‘’a’’ God, or you were
Truth and only That, or whatever descriptor worked best for you,
one in a few hundred thousand would actually get it. He/she
would laugh and say something like, ‘Of course, how silly of me
not to see that. Have a good day.’ and wander off shacking their
head in amazement that everyone doesn’t ‘get it’.

But, the remaining folks wouldn’t get it, primarily because they
don’t feel worthy or deserving of such a remarkably simple
realization. Everyone has been taught that they must do
something or accomplish something in order to be a particular
somebody and worthy of gifts that are free, and freeing.

If you lived in India and announced to your family that you
realized you were God they would say something like, ‘Well, he
finally gets it... now everybody back to work.’ Try that in the
West and you get a very different response. Why is this?
Certainly a great deal of it has to do with the Church. Which
church? Any Church. That’s how they operate. But there’s more to
       it.

The most common question asked of a child is, ‘What do you want
to be when you grow up?’ (FYI, in my model, H/A includes giving
up any intention of growing up!) You have to work, do and
achieve according to others who have worked, done and achieved,
but the problem is they have all failed to arrive at where they
are and lead lives of quiet desperation (Just look around
you).Everything they have done is to avoid the nothing that they
are, hence they are very poor guides and incapable of modeling
out to you the actuality that you are not guilty of anything.

Almost all of this challenge relates to you feeling guilty for
activities that have no inherent harm attached. Your parents
felt guilty for just about everything they did. They learned it
from their parents and passed it on to you. It’s not something
that one can avoid. It’s just what was/is and they had no
alternative. It's the blind leading the blind.

So, what do you feel guilty about? Based on the fact that there
is no ‘one’, no ‘you’… doesn’t it seem rather silly to feel
guilty about anything, but it’s still there. How does one undo
       guilt?

You can deny it, but that’s like trying to push a balloon under
water. It’s a sub-routine that’s running all the time. You can
consciously intend forgiveness, and that is a useful starting
point, but not sufficient for our purposes. You are going to go
       deeper, much deeper.

Let’s start with the most prevalent source of guilt, feeling
unworthy of the pleasures in life. Hmmm… sounds like sex would
be a good place to start. Agreed?

Collapsing Time and Space on your sexual experiences will allow
you to experience freedom from that particular class of guilt,
i.e., one by one you will remove the charge on all your sexual
experiences. Now I’m guilty of sounding like a used car
       salesman, mea culpa. You’ll see…

While this may sound like a daunting task, it’s just a matter of
a little honesty and diligence plus a specific technique. No one
will be making you right or wrong as there is no right or wrong,
but you need to see guilt for what it really is, pointless
retained memories signifying nothing but nonetheless weighing
you down. If you have any memories you have a problem. Memories
don't belong to a ''you'', they are in the domain of
       Consciousness/Truth/Infinite Capacity.

So, here is your assignment, list all your sexual experiences.
That should be easy. This is only for use in your practical
exercises and nothing of an intimate nature is to be shared with
me or anyone else. It's nobody else's business. Collapsing Time
and Space will provide you with a method of removing the charge
in Module Three. I leave it up to you as to how you want to
record these. You may find abbreviations and groupings assist in
this. It’s not a contest as to sexual prowess and has nothing to
do with sexual orientation, just list experiences in a way that
works for you. BTW, there is nothing that hasn’t been tried in
the past by others so don’t think for a minute you are the first
one to do something, YOU AIN'T.

Do not try to resolve or solve any issues while doing this list.
If there is something that you really don’t want to write down,
then MAKE SURE you write that one down. You might use XXX to
represent it symbolically if it's too sensitive.

Just to repeat, no one is to see or know about your list and I
do not want to discuss any details other than the generically
applicable method I will teach of Collapsing T and S.

If you really find this difficult, you might want to write it in
the third person, i.e. ‘He/she did this….’ however, keep in mind
that if you do that you are diluting responsibility, but not
quilt... because there is no such thing.
Chronological order is best and writing by hand is better than
       computer.

So… dig in and have a little fun. Talk soon.
       Love ya, Jed.

Wow, I guess I'm the first!! Awesome.
"So, here is your assignment, list all your sexual experiences."
I've had thousands of sexual experiences!! As I'm sure--I
guess--others can claim the same number. Sometimes, these
experiences have resulted in real sex, in which I actually
ejaculate semen into another human being's body, and other times
       I've walked away with nary a hard-on. But there's a story
behind each encounter. Sex is like that, at least in my
       experience.
I can't wait to fill this one out!
       Further!!
       Hilarious!!
And this might be the beginning of my first book. Look out,
       world!!
       JDas.

       Dear D:
Neither exist in any meaningful sense. Both are just concepts
used in human expression. Make what you will of them. If I
defined them I would only be using additional concepts. Not
       called for at the moment.
       Love ya, Jed.

I'm not really sure what you want me to do?
List every encounter (my memory is not very good) or every type
       of experience?
How do I collapse time and space? By recalling?

I think my sex life over the years can be viewed as an amazing
       comedy!
There were periods of relative stability, especially when I was
married, and that in and of itself is funny. I would love now
to sit down with my ex-wife and a third party, a therapist, and
discuss it. Just recalling our memories of it would be
       interesting.
Sex is the weirdest thing in the world, my book anyways.
My opinion: everybody thinks they know what it is and they think
that how they conceive of it is the way everybody else does, and
nothing could be further from the truth!
My GF believes that the woman should decide when it should
occur, the man should just go along with the woman's desires.
She also often tells me and others that 'that triangle between
her legs is the most valuable piece of real estate in the
world!!' And as a guy who loves some romance with my sex, that
appalls me, but that is how she sees sex. It's something a man
does to a woman, pretty much. I could go on and on about this
stuff. Just can't make it up.
But I have found that most people believe that their reality is
a shared reality, sex life or otherwise. That their experience
is the same as everybody else's, more or less, lol.
That notion is batsh1t crazy MO.

Simple... keep in mind that men know the game and women know the
       score.
       Cheers, Jed.

i put this off, thinking it was enough to simply contemplate the
enormity of the task, but then i gave it a go. i set aside 15
minutes and got a good start. i combed my mind for memories
beginning with the earliest and wrote them down in shorthand
abbreviations. by the time i got to age 7 or 8, groupings began
to emerge on their own. i also noticed correspondent arousal
within the body as i tugged all these threads. by the time i got
to age 15, the arousal ebbed and the instances and encounters
were blurring together, then things sortof froze up when i
became distracted by questions as to how to tackle the
20-something most sexually-active years of my life. then i
wondered if i even needed to.
so i took a break from the exercise for a bit. maybe if/when i
pick it back up, i'll begin with this morning and try tracing it
       backward.

       ---------------------------------------------------------
after breaking from my last go, i noticed my mind seemed
quieter, my energy more evenly distributed and less susceptible
to disruption, but i also noticed that memories that i had not
yet listed were popping in and taking a seat in the waiting
room. i tried to run it backwards from present day, but the
train had no momentum. so again, i rested and watched. and
watched and watched. three days in, and it dawns on me that i
haven't felt a single sexual charge since the aftermath of the
last exercise! astounding realization to what remains of me!
i didn't want to leave those twenty-and-some years on the table
though, so i sat down again last night and resumed listing. with
a few days distance, i found it easier to pick up the last
       sexually-charged thought/feeling/sensation/experience i had and
get the train moving backwards chronologically. there was no
correspondent arousal this time, and if anything, i would
actually describe the general feeling for this second round as
somewhat disinterested and slightly bored. but i don't know if
that's really true, i was obviously interested and compelled
       enough to stick with it.
and i'm glad i did. i now get the uselessness of guilt (at least
as it pertains to sex) at a cellular level. furthermore, i am no
longer under the illusion that sex is either conducive (or not
conducive) to recognizing/being/living as what i already am.
this neutrality is a pretty huge shift in my awareness. i've had
the time-breaking exercise in my pocket for at least a couple of
years now, never having used it fully because i was afraid of
undoing myself, losing some vague something that somehow defined
me. what a relief to discover that's not at all the case! i need
not be defined, i need not be limited, i need not be restricted.
       i can let go.
well, i finally get it... now back to work :)
thanks be to the love 'i' relate to as 'jed'
p.s. i can see clearly that this sex magic might only be the
top-most trick in the hat. there seems to be at least one or two
other bastions where guilt is hiding out. as you alluded to
recently in another thread, guilt is a mechanism of the ego used
to keep it's nonexistence an inaccessible secret. how focused
can i be? how closely can i look? and what else can i let go?

       Hi Jed,
I have noooo idea what you mean by collapsing time and space.
       Can you provide further explanation?

maybe i spoke too soon, as i'm prone to do. maybe, on the
2,222nd thought, i'm not so glad to have carried this out. sure,
i seem to be experiencing the absence of guilt, but there also
seems to be a lot of other 'stuff' missing. not missing- gone.
something's gone. departed. some megalithic, broad-reaching,
nearly-all-encompassing something is no longer. no longer there,
no longer here, no longer anywhere.
       relax. it never was.
       ::)
