Here's another thing about the energy. There are two kinds. One
is the electrical kind, that I've described as having its own
intelligence. One is more a residual tingling thing, that feels
like my body catching up with whatever is going on
vibrationally. Like you, I believe in an infinite intelligence
that when relaxed into, orchestrates life completely in a way I
often experience as witty and delightful. I believe that the
electrical energy is a manifestation of that intelligence and a
communication from it. I've had a version of it since my teens,
it used to be very sporadic, years would go by without it, now
its around much of the time. I don't know how to reconcile that
belief in a non duel way, besides the way I experience "infinite
intelligence" expressing through the atmosphere of "'me' as
consciousness." Co Creation. Both the consciousness and the
intelligence are..... one. I don't know if this makes any
sense. And I know these are all beliefs. But i do sense a level
of knowing that is a sort of sensory experience that is beyond
the mind.

Thanks. Things seem kind of funny from this side. It feels so
ordinary, seeing everything as it is without all the thinking
and story. Delightfully ordinary. I understand why folks have
used the world natural. And there really isn't anything to be
but present, is there? I can see I spent a lot of time trying to
be present, but here I'm naturally present. And I'm not entirely
sure any of that stuff that we call 'practice" really has
anything to do with being here. Maybe practicing the attributes
of here does help. I don't know. I do know right this second
it's a relief to be free from trying.

I am just reading this forum and you get so much energy of so
many different varieties tossed at you and you answer each one
with equal attention. It's beautiful.

Hey Jed,
Welcome back. Things are rolling along over here. A lot of
spaciousness, some contractions. The contraction part is really
painful. The spaciousness, the vastness is... incredible. When
I'm tuned into the vastness channel, I find that things happen
in a funny and magical way, and it's delightful. I don't
understand why "I'd" ever want to be anywhere else, but I guess
it's the process, because resistance to it all still comes up..
Someone sent me a law of attraction type video this AM and I
remember I really loved all that stuff when it came out, and via
a couple of the teachers it felt really true. You mentioned it
in your books I recall. I have a hard time understanding it from
a non duel place these days. Because in the vastness, things
just seem to appear and work out. Is it just play? What am I
missing?

I don't think my question was clear, sorry. I meant, I don't
understand "me" using LOA to get what "I" want, having
experienced the beautiful magical vastness where it all just
happens. For fun? The reason I ask is I think in the answer
there is something I'm missing.

Today I wake up... in the vastness, in the truth. Doing nothing
to get here instead of waking up "in" the contraction. That's
what they call grace I guess. The only difference was a decent
nights sleep, sleep has been terrible lately. It seems like its
the most tiny tiny shift, and whoosh, all of it is revealed. I
can't believe how tiny it is. I never really had the nihilism
and pain that it seems like other people have in the vastness.
To me it's so full, even in it's emptiness, and that everything
is is so beautiful. I do get an occasional weird nostalgia
(weird in that the thing called me left nostalgia a long time
ago) for things - I think that's what my LOA question was out
of. I listened to it and it just makes no sense to me in a way
it used to, and I had some nostalgia for that. Because I enjoyed
it. You mentioned once or twice writing an LOA book from a non
dual perspective - I think it would blow up.
