jed you say that the mind is non existent but isnt the only
requisite for something existing being the belief is there that
its true.
sometimes i get a really stuck inside myself, uncomfortable
"what do i do" anxious feeling
I get the feeling when im in a stressful situation. in the
moment its like im completely engulfed in what's happening and
it feels completely real like it has a weight to it. what should
i do?

You question is not clear, but I think I understand it. Belief
in something has nothing to do with whether or not it is real. I
use to really, really believe in Santa, but I now have serious
doubts. The whole aminita muscaria thing/Terrence McKenna, you
know.

hah i never would've thought santa claus could be linked to
shrooms.
i didnt do a great job at phrasing the question ill try again.
when i go through spiritual autolysis and i see through a
belief, its like that's not quite enough because come the next
day and i come into contact with the belief again its changed,
its like a new belief has taken its place. i think im doing
something wrong. i keep making imaginary progress it seems. is
there some sort of actual technique to spiritual autolysis
because i dont think it's working for me?
(btw i usually go through spiritual autolysis in my head i can
never come up with anything on paper)

Yes, yes, yes... I understand. The problem is you haven't
detached the importance from the belief. It's what keeps it
alive. Now the bad news. It's all explained in the Nav Series.

but the importance of something is based off the premises that
there's a me that is related to the belief. once the belief is
seen through the importance disappears. me is such a deeply
engrained belief, all these other beliefs seem to depend on
that belief. it seems literally impossible to unlearn "me".
i look forward to the nav series any hints on when youre
launching it?

You point out a good... point.
Until one deals with importance things will continue to be

Excellent question and one of the main points of the Nav Series.
You cannot deal with importances directly because that is just
creating more importances. However, there is a clever indirect
method of depleting importances of their power over you. And
they are very powerful.
