       Dear Jed,
Nothing's true and truth is another concept yet pain and fear
       feels so danm real.
What's the point of any action if happiness, security, truth,
peace, enlightenment, etc... are made of symbols?

sit dead still and don't do anything for a half hour. Then move
it up to one hour. let me now how it goes. The is never any
point to any action, other than what the mind makes up, and
       that'all happens after the fact.
       Love ya, Jed.

       Dejar Jed,
Once I sit without doing anything the mind starts with the: "
you have to do this and do that, bills must to be paid,
       etc".....
How can I let go of everything? And I mean everything: identity,
life, feelings, past, future..... All. If "I" use my mind to
let go it brings more thoughts about how to do it once and for
all and it feels like "me" pushing trash out of my body and
mind. Just new thoughts eliminating old ones, it seems like and
endless cycle.... Is there any technique?
I'm practicing SA getting to the same conclusions again and
again. Yes! All is illusion, blah blah, symbols and have no
       substance. ( symbolic construction)
You may ask... What is holding you from letting go of it all....
The answer is me (all the b.s.)
how can "I" let go of it all?
       Thank you.

Ramana described it as using a thorn to remove a thorn and then
throwing them both away. Figure what he meant and go do it.
       Love ya, Jed.
