Self Enquiry, Memento mori and questions
By: JulianG Date: December 19, 2014, 8:15 am
       ---------------------------------------------------------
       Dear Jed,
I've been working with Kiloby's unfindable equiry, Ramana's Who
am I and Memento mori. I guess I have released a lot of luggage
that I had been carrying along.
Had two estrange experiences to share with you on the last two
weeks: When I was close to certain people, my whole body felt
full of some kind of energy (don't know how to describe it) but
it felt peaceful and quiet. Now I remember that I had felt this
same thing a long time before when I was playing with or
listening to some children. Any hints on this??
With regards to Memento mori and Ramana Maharshi, I guess his
awakening was after facing the fear of death completely and what
could happen to his body afterwards. Do you have any pointers on
how can "I" FULLY practice this process?
please remember that "I" want to get to the very bottom ( from
what I've red there's no bottom, just nothing, no existence, but
need to experience it). Don't care if that makes me "happy" or
       not, just want the TRUTH.
As always, THANKS a lot Jed...

Build a cheap pine box about your size with a lid on it. Lie in
it and have someone gently nail the lid down. Not so much that
you couldn't get out if you had to, but enough to feel what it
will be like for your body for the coming ETERNITY (or just a
friggin long time). You're dead, now what you going to do?
       Love ya, Jed.

       Dear Jed,
I'm currently saving some money to get the cheap pine box,
meanwhile I'm laying down as dead people is arranged inside a
coffin for the "goodbye" (all my beloved ones saying bye bye and
moving on the very next day with their lives) ceremony just
before getting buried, visualizing the nails as clear as
possible. Then my corpse being eaten by worms until there's
nothing left. Sometimes I think about my corpse being cremated
and the ashes thrown to the sea.....
I'm feeling like I'm moving a lot of fears inside me, like I'm
       getting somewhere or NOWHERE.

Got it Julian. Sometimes I dream of my ashes being thrown into
the Mekong river, Apocolypse Now, and I'm Col. Kurtz, killing
       your ego.
       Love ya, Jed.

       Dear Jed,
       J. Jayne's book was a really interesting read.
I've been practicing memento mori and SA as often as possible...
Could you please suggest "me" more pointers?
This building is definitely burning... how can "I" jump
(metaphorically speaking)? but jump for good?
       Thank you...

You can't jump prematurely, there will come a time when you have
       no choice.
       Love ya, Jed.

       Dear Jed,
What do you think about Lester Levenson and the Release
       Technique?
       Thank you.

Works for some, but he is missing a big component, dealing with
importances. If you like it, try it and you decide for yourself.
       Love ya, Jed.
