All thoughts are false, full stop. Including that thought.
       Love ya, Jed.

       Wow, I loved this thread!!
Seems like 'full stop' was taking literally.
So, Jed, all thoughts are false but some thoughts have
importance and should be dealt with differently?
Does that flow with everything that you've said.
       Thanks.
       Jonny

I have the same question as Johnny. How to determine which
thought is important, i.e. if it appears continuously or causes
       a lot of pain?
Wow, this thread resonated very deeply (whatever that means) and
exactly what I needed to see at this time. This is where "I" am
       "stuck."
So, to sum it up: Just "be" and let it all (whatever appears in
the supposed universe) go "crazy." Meaning? Allow whatever to
happen to happen (thoughts, judgement, beliefs, situations).
Just 'be' as awareness and watch any sneaky plans by Maya look
for anything to happen or expect anything to change.

       Good morning, Jed.
Being new to the forum, I have just now
become aware of the Nav Series. I see it started a year ago.
Do new sessions form? In the near future?
       further,
       mac

       Dear Macu:
Thank you for your inquiry and welcome to the forum. I have a
small group that will start in about a week. Please write to
cambodianashram@gmail.com and just put ''waiting list'' in the
       subject header.
       Love ya, Jed.

       1. Would debunking beliefs/thoughts that the mind pukes out be a
sneaky way for the mind to keep 'me' enslaved to it? Because by
debunking any belief/thought, doesn't it mean I'm identifying
with it in a more subtle way? Which comes to point 2.
       2. Would being concerned about the mind's contents and feelings
be another (not so subtle) way of showing identification with
the mind? In sum, by giving any form of importance to Maya, is
that the main root of perceived issues with the mind? Dissecting
the content and saying no, that's not right, and yes that's ok?
So, back to the beginning. Just feel awareness and let whatever
happens happen. But don't consciously feed the mind with energy
       by debunking or agreeing.

here's what i do about thoughts that seem crazy believable/
beliefs. i let them be as they are in their full force
devestation-ness. as if they are true. eventually it feels like
they rip me to shreds and then evaporate. i had one the other
night, and it was super powerful, and like a magnet, it
collected a lot of "proof" and so on, which felt even more
painful- my gut was clenched and my ego's panties were twisted
in a knot. i just "let" it all come/be as it was. then it
collapsed in on itself when it couldn't find anymore oxogen for
       its fire.
