Hooboy...ok, Jed...so what is it that "allows it all to be as it
       is"...? ???
Just kidding! We're talking C-Rex now, ja? ...but that would
also still remain beyond the "allowing", yada yada...

Well what has helped in in the past to let go of the thoughts is
that they are not real. I don't try to change them just not
react to them neither by judgment or by anything. Looking
       forward to the Nav series.

Seems to me that we are into a 'whisper down the lane' thread.
Lots of sincere and emotionally charged words but folks are
deriving their own meaning of words from Jed and others based on
their own individual experiences. It's messing me up I'll tell
       yah.
Seems to me that Jed's original post comes down to this: don't
       believe your thoughts.
The yoga folks that I pay attention to would say:
don't pay attention to your thoughts...let them pass and watch
       them as they do.

Don't believe and let them pass are both good in theory, but
that still fails to deal with importance and is really the hard
way to do it. Old tech.
       Love ya, Jed.

Thank you, Jed. Got it. I think.
Anyways, thank you for all the work you put in helping us on our
       journeys.
       You rock.

Key word there is 'importance'. Assigning importance(or not) to
a thought can't possibly come from the normal source(ego) I
guess? Therefore, tuning into the right source for assessing
       'importance' of thoughts is key.
       Is this correct?
I am forthwith going to ask questions that can be answered Y/N.
Easier for you, but puts the burden on the asker.
       Thanks.

       Dear Catfish:
NLP has it's place, but also some very real limitations. It
comes straight out of Maya/ego and, while having practical
communication skills in it and helping with H/A, it can also be
a barrier to T/R. It is useful but only certain facets of it. I
have selected specific components and included them in the Nav
Series. NLP fails to isolate and deal with importances.
       Love ya, Jed.
