       I feel Jed Sir's important lessons would be
       1) Forgiveness - Forgive YOURSELF for whatever guilt mind has
       attached to. Also, forgive events and people that seem to have
       cause you trouble in this dreamy life
       2) Acceptance - Accept at present whatever is happening. Ego
       goes against acceptance. Accept whatever may be happening.
       Family drama, War, End of civilization, stars exploding,
       universe dying or zillion things happening all over. Accept it
       all. Little Ego thinks it knows better.
       3. Welcome - Allowing things to happen. Let it Go/Flow.
       Other interesting idea Sir pointed out once was about ego-load.
       The drama or events in your scene is proportional to your
       ego-load. It's always inwards being reflected in mirror outside.
