Know on! That's some kinda original thought. Well, not really,
but hm, you know. Yes, know on! Good mantra!

How about realizing that there is not difference between
practical and non-practical things. You think you have a choice
only because your mind tells you so, and your mind is a
masterful lier.

I agree, that I don't have a choice, just because there is not
really someone who can choose, it just looks so, mind is
thinking that it is thinking by itself, which is a delusion.
What is a practical matter? For example the hint: "Be cheeky
that's good for the soul!"
Not practical is to believe thoughts like: "Oh, I am a poor
victim! Why do I have to experience this?"
Ramesh Balsekar, this authentic friendly man from India, was
differing between working (practical) and thinking mind (waste
that's better left behind).
A practical thing to me is using your full-breathing-tape and
get back to natural breathing. Non-practical is to ignore that
my breathing does not flow in a natural slow way.
So I am not sure if I get your comment right. Hm, speaking of
'right', maybe you just want to tell me that I cannot do
anything wrong, so that I see how silly it is to get lost in
thinking mind with all the guilt- and wrong-or-right- and
what-to-achieve-topics?

Suppose you do something wrong, how will you know it's wrong?
Who will adjudicate?

Yes, how can I be sure that it's really wrong if I think and
feel I have done something wrong? Impossible!
But it's much easier just seeing that the mind has not really a
choice. So how can I do something wrong if it's not up to me to
decide? Impossible!
Sometimes mind feels like a loser or failer, but that's all up
to lies. What has that all to do with me? We are coming back to
the question: Who am I?
Aahhh... Thank you...
