       Thanks for your post. IMHO there is only one way to pray.
       1.) Never pray to some super-natural being. You are the only
       super-natural being there is.
       2.) Never ask for anything. Asking is not your job.
       3.) Take a breath, and just be a grateful for whatever arises...
       good, bad or indifferent. Gratitude is the the only true prayer.
