Jed, did you also awaken the so called "kundalini"? UG
krishnamurti had a kundalini awakening from what i know.. or is
that kind of a thing inevitable once you go through awakening?
P.S. i dont know how to make my own posts on this forum

Thanks for your post and question. In my observation, kundalini
has very little to nothing to do with full blown Truth
Realization. Some people experience it and think they 'got'
something and then stop searching and working on themselves.
Often write a book and such like activities. Some folks
experience T/R without Kundalini rising, was my case... but I
had some minor experiences and took Yogananda's good advice,
which was to ignore them. They are just a distraction and will
quickly take you off your path.
I would suggest that you avoid the trinkets and baubles in the
candy store... go right through to the Big Game in the back
room.

I remember a discussion we had with a dear friend about Human
Design somewhere in our teenagerhood. We discovered that the
design shows our minds to be wide open, and for that reason just
a sponge for ideas and thoughts of different people.
It was quite clear for me that that's the case - no matter how
nice collection I have, they're never mine. There was another
point - that there would be "others" whose minds were the
original creators of the thoughts and thought formations... I'd
love to see that experience from inside!
More than willing to own my thoughts or to be original I have
been burning with a need to know what are they, who creates them
and why and how does it all function. I am very much
disappointed to realize that that is something I might never get
to know - at the same time on the edge on giving up with that
and still curious for some answer. No explanation has been
original enough I guess.
