Dear Reader:
I trust you are well and not letting your quarantine get to you.
It's pretty amazing that I can address people all around the
with that statement, whereas only a few months ago I would have
sounded most strange.
What is the difference between a curious mind and conspiracy
theorist? Pretty thin line if you ask me... but a line
non-the-less. I would suggest that the former has an open mind
and the later is inclined to reinforce only his own theories,
and tends to do so endlessly. Either way, here is some fuel for
your fires. So now, a little high octane speculation.
I was once involved in the U.S. freedom/sovereignty movement in
America. That alone should bring up plenty of raw material.. but
let's not get side tracked. In the early nineties, before he was
sent to prison, I met an engineer from Boeing, Hartford
Van-Dyke. He was a big proponent of what he called 'commercial
liens'. They were an 'out of court' (non-judicial) based on the
Law of Admiralty loosely blended with UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE.
His methods were used extensively with the circles who didn't
want to be en-circled by governments and their minions.
His story was quite fascinating. He claimed, and I assessed him
as sensible and straightforward, pretty intelligent but very
angry. The anger came from his fathers job and the bombing of
Pearl Harbor. His father was radioman stationed in Pearl Harbor
at the time of the Japanese attack.
The story goes that his father had been entrusted with an urgent
message to send to Roosevelt. The message was dutifully
transmitted and for eight hours, Roosevelt just sat on it. The
message indicated that the Japanese fleet was close and attack
was about to occur. That eight hours cost many American lives.
Hartford never spoke about his father's anger, but he himself
was pissed, very pissed. It resulted in some unusual anti-social
behavior, but, IMHO, some very powerful discoveries. Perhaps
much of his subsequent behavior was understandable.
Hartford was wrapped up with a well known anti-government
commentator and writer called William (Bill) Cooper. His most
famous book was mandatory reading for what the government
branded as 'paper terrorists'; Behold, a Pale Horse.
In some way a 'purported' leaked top secret document flowed from
Van Dyke to Cooper, titled: Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars. You
will have to read it of a summary as I cannot do it justice
here. The story goes that it was found in a used copier
purchased from Boeing. It's interesting that we met in a Dennys,
in Tacoma, which was close to the Boeing plant, and I had
actually been in the massive building (forgot it's exact name)
where they sell various used and no longer needed materials, cut
ends, metals, tools, testing equipment, everything right up to
jet engines. It was a guy's dream, junk and machinery covered
acres under roof.
Many people will say the document is fake, and I stand somewhere
in the middle. Now for the weird part. I read a short technical
version of the article years ago. It was printed in a Scientific
American issue. I had a hard copy of it years ago. Can't say I
understood it all, but I did read it all. I tried to find a copy
of it today, but I think it has been scrubbed. Maybe one of you
will have better luck searching. Scientific American is not in
the habit of publishing far reaching conspiracy theories.
Another interesting little book is; Report from Iron Mountain.
They fit together, hand in glove. I Amazoned one and found the
other listed as suggested reading. It is also available on the
CIA website, the last link below.
Well, that will give those interested in the subject a little
night time reading. Argument in refute or support are equally
welcome.

Thanks for your post Denise and welcome to the forum ... in
Truth, I know nothing, but I confess to suspecting much. Permit
me to go on... a little.
All that matters is what you think, experience, conclude, etc...
so, looking around you, what do YOU think is going on? I can
point, but you must look. If you are in fear, then I suggest you
just enjoy it, but I would like to differentiate between the two
things that one might ponder. One is the virus itself, and
other, in my observation, and if one is to be afraid, this would
be a much better reason, is what government and crowds of people
are capable of and may engage in response, controlled or
otherwise.
As to 'fear mongering', I have no problem with you 'pigeon
holing' me... but I gently reprimand you for missing the mark.
You are pick the low fruit. From the reference point of my
'suspicions', and I emphasize... that is all they are, I
haven't even begun, and this immediate challenge is only a
preschooler. Wait until it becomes a teenager (sheesh, I
remember that one well). But that's my b.s. (belief system).
I want to hear from you. What is your gut telling you?
Seriously. I have high regard for what you might share, as long
as it is YOUR reality and experience. I strongly suggest you
never believe yours, mine or anyone else's belief system,
respect their right to hold it, but never believe it. I have
found that most helpful in this dream.
Eyes wide open and no fear... lest you will flail to see
clearly. My take is there is a crap load in the wings waiting to
be seen. Whether or not it's good, is of little concern... but I
trust that it will be good entertainment. Magicians always
distract with one hand while grabbing the rabbit by the ears
with the other hand.

P.S. I am indeed a tease, and I invest much time in trying to
tease people out of their dream and into flirting with reality.

Thanks for the sharing.
Have crossreading it (mostly the silent weapons pdf) to get a
first summary of what its about. Its quit hard to understand
everything (because of my german origin) and most of the time im
"only" get the context, not every detail. But as far as i can
tell for now - its pretty interessting. Its nothing "new" that
the whole system is...lets say corrupt. But ive never really
thought about it and doing researches/considerations that much
as for the last couple of weeks. Its obvious that something is
going on in the world which is really interesting and exciting -
at least for me.
Im doing more researches and considerations to complete the
whole painting (if its even possible) and looking forward a good
discussion and other opinions in this thread which helped me
alot in previous threads understanding the whole topic/theme.

Delighted to hear from you my friend.
I like your 'common sense'. I have found that prevalent in most
Germans.
You don't really need to get into the theories and math of it
all. Just go for a general understanding of what is being
presented. Getting a feel is often better than getting roped
into too many details.

Alex Jones is feeling so vindicated right now!!! Lol. He’s been
saying for 15 years that China is building a bio weapon to usher
in a one world government where you’ll have to live in “bubble
cities” to be guarded from the latest bio weapon of the week.
Look up googles plans for “smart cities”.

Thanks for sharing some good entertainment, love it!!
I love some good exciting conspiracy stories, especially when
they look real and feel like truth. The only downside is when
you are awake, it can never really fool you again, that is
really painful ;D
It's also fun to see when David Icke reads stuff from silent war
and ends with the sentence 'they want people to be busy, busy,
work work work, so they dont have time to think.'
Does that mean that the lizards made a huge mistake with
launching the worldwide lockdown, so people can finally have
time to think, think, think and perhaps read Jed Mckenna?
Because of this mistake it could be the end of the silent war!
Even my sister with all her kids have time think.
Although, too much thinking triggers fear and fear is what they
want...hmm
It sounds, but is probably not, like a Huge lizard mistake!
Grateful, I am enjoying it so much. The only (not really) fear
I have is about the moment when everthing settles to boring mode
again. [emoji120]

Wow. The Silent Weapons For Quiet Wars document outlines a very
vast scope of control. Comparing my life to the methods of
silent war I could find points in my life where I had problems
with people or the rules of society and I had no way to
articulate it or link these things together (the inability to
express the problem as outlined in the document). I found it
amusing that in one hand it uses credit and fuels greed, and in
the other blames peoples' greed as a problem and uses it as a
reason to justify the need for control (or war) I think to claim
a sort of benevolence.
I tried to check out the iron mountain pdf on the cia website
but only the title page comes up.
