Getting a student to do what I don't seem to be able to do....

I never could write poetry... well, truth is I can't recal ever
trying, but I have one student who now only writes to me in
poetry and I really enjoy it. Here you go:
My being expands beyond the body
I am that table too
and the air between "us"
it is all just layers of illusion (creation)
physical, causal, astral
whatever
they're the same
everything can be found in everything
nothing's more real than something
i don't believe my feelings anymore
they're nothing but echoes from past dreams
bouncing from empty walls now
until they notice
there's nothing to hang on anymore
the wardrobe is empty
and I am watching the kingdom rise and fall
again and again
every morning and night as I open and close my eyes

I came to the conclusion that i couldn't trust my feelings
because they were echoes from the past
Then the next day i read this lol =)

I rarely write poems. Thought i share one i made back around
December or January.
Nobody to become except death to embrace
Doing what i can to avoid the rat race
Stuck in a society where acceptance comes by presenting a false
face
Looking around, never felt so out of place
Makes me want to disappear without a trace
