Burn
By: Parsley Date: September 6, 2019, 5:13 am
---------------------------------------------------------
There is an urge to write this on the forum. So much written the
past 15 years.
What of it was true?
What have I understood?
Answer to both questions: Nothing!
Who is able to understand anything? That's a good question.
No-one, of course, because just a little self-inquiry shows that
there is no one producing any thoughts. Mind is a receiver. And
a make-believer.
In the books there often is the difference between thinking and
real thinking. It looks like usually all thinking is driven by
emoti-ons (that ALWAYS lie, which would be a good hint if seen
this way). But real thinking (hmm, more a seeing) is unplugged
from those emotions which makes it very clear but also very weak
if it comes to deeds. No chance for the L/B. Unless life throws
one in a situation where it's getting too bored to continue
decorating the once beloved jail cell. What I observe is that a
dominant part of this dream character got used to be afraid of
destruction and chaos, and another hidden part loves Rock’n’Roll
and to burn it all down, to let go emotional detachments.
Mood is changing from tryin‘ to preserve to lettin‘ go
resistance of destruction and chaos. Have I reached this point?
Or is it just another trick of the mind?

Hi there:
Thanks you for your post and question. It's all from the mind
until it isn't and you will only know the difference from the
point where it isn't and you look back. Then you will have real
seeing. There is nothing wrong with emotions and feelings,
provided you don't believe they are real. They come and go like
clouds in the sky and it's the clinging to the pleasant ones and
push the bad ones away that is challenge. Resistance results in
attachments and persistence. Just thank them regardless of
content and say something like,''Next'' or perhaps ''further''.
Sounds to me like you are just fine. Whatever you are doing
never get stuck in a technique because you are comfortable with
it. Use it, milk it for all it's worth and throw it out. Like
any sensible student would do and any wise teach would expect.
Next.....
Love ya, Jed.

Thank you, Jed.
Seems there is one thing I got totally wrong. Wrong in the sense
that it does not work.
Emotions are stored in the body. Right? They can not be
eliminated just by being aware that they are not real. They have
to come up and be felt so that they can go. Right?
Some kind of emotional holes, you know these feelings of
emptiness, of lack, of not-enough. We usually avoid them with
distractions or fighting or fill them with decoration,
relationships, job, hobbys, spiritual marketplace, but in the
end we cannot escape them, they will visit us again, they get
triggered sooner or later. And we are looking for a method to
protect us from them. But in the end, what is it? The same
energy as all, just a different taste we don't like just because
of conditioning. Right?
So what to do or not to do when these emotions arise?
Feel them, open the door to them, embrace them, thank them, let
them flow?
Is it possible that whatever we fight (situations, enemies,
decisions ect.) after all we are fighting our own emotions
stored in the body?
We are fighting lies we believe in? We are fighting what is not
true?
But again: Just knowing this means nothing to deliver those
stored emotions, they have to be felt first of all? And then
next, and next and next...? No resistance, no nurturing?

Excellent, fighting lies that we have been believing in.
Remember, they lie all the time. Just awareness... pure
awareness, try it.
Cheers.

Pure awareness. So easy. What is the most effectively obstacle
from realizing it?
I could say fear, but what is the result of fear? I know of 2
different kinds of fear. One is activating the breathing and
vitality, one is disturbing the breathing and vitality. And if
breathing is disturbed almost permanently less or more what is
the top priority?
To fight fear? Or to say thank you for the hint to start
full-body-breathing? (I don't want to miss your breathing-tape
anymore, many thanks!).
So many spiritual seekers and so many spiritual teachers. No-one
is suggesting to correct breathing except you (well, I see you
more like a coach than a teacher). Isn't it absurd? The reason
for so many spiritual seekers can only be that they miss their
function. If they knew the one lock they are the key for, then
all thoughts to seek for something would be deactivated, and
probably breathing would happen naturally. What else can be
missed?
Ok, we have breathing and function. Is there a correlation with
H/A?
It would be a big surprise if not.

For the purposes of the dreamt entity conversation... all
functioning in one way or another of the dreamt character is
connected to breathing... ALL. For those who want to question my
assertion, no problem. I encourage that. Just hold your breath
for five of ten minutes before posting your arguments. I promise
I will respond, even if only with a nice eulogy.
Love ya, Jed.

"ALL functioning of dream characters is connected to breathing".
If I look at myself and how I breathe and what's happening, I
can only agree.
Breathing has a very deep influence in this dream world.
And what's the most breath-taking thing?
Let's take the fear of death, but not so much physical death,
which is naturally, but death of ego. The imagination of being
nothing, no-self, not important for anyone or anything, totally
futile, meaningless.
Which is a joke in the end (that does not exist). Because...?
True nature is immortal, ego is an illusion, so it's just a
dream in an infinite dream that's dying. Who cares?
Ego cares! But Ego is part of the dream, a fluffy cloud in a
fictive universe that's also part of the dream.
It's okay that Ego, the dreamt character, cares, until it's no
longer okay and realizing true nature becomes more and more
relieving. And who is realizing True Nature?

I love that answer!
Isn't T/R like death and death is like coming home? So what can
I miss?
The dream figure somehow can miss true nature (which gives the
dream a litte urgency for real truth seekers), but the usual
case is that true nature is not trendy and the dream figure
feels like missing something if realizing truth. It depends,
it's all a matter of context in the dream. What is my context?
How did I came here? Have I done all this? What is leading my
this strange way? What do I know? Really know?

There is nothing to know... hence you can never know anything. I
suggest you give up right now... but you know what??? You can't
give up, can you? It's all you seeking you and the nature of
that is it's never ending, but ever revealing and ever growing.
It doesn't make sense and never will, because the need to make
sense is only a human illness.
Love ya, Jed
