I wish I had a way to work through some of this stuff
permanantely. My issue with S/A is that to keep these things
from bothering me and letting it really stay at the forefront of
everything I have to keep doing it. I wish I could just work on
something, get rid of it, and then not have to worry about it
       again.

That's precisely what I teach in the Series but it's only for
the serious... the really serious. But you need to be serious
without being morbidly serious. The word ''devotion'' also works
as long as you never devote yourself to a teacher, only to your
self and your journey. Devotion to a teacher is moving
       backwards, IMNVHO.
       Love ya, Jed.

I don't know how to explain this but earlier I realized
       something.
It feels like something very deep inside (something fundamental
I would describe it as) is different. Like it's changed...I
noticed when I seem to be feeling more emotional it gets covered
up a little bit and I don't notice it as much, but when I'm not
       the difference is there...
This might not mean anything, something urged me to share this
       here

Of course it means nuthin, nuthin means nuthin and everything
means nuthin, just nuthin doing nuthin.... and you know what
       nuthin from nothin leaves.

Do you think instead of 'further' it could be 'next thought'?

No such thing as a ''next thought'', once it's a thought it is
the present thought. However, you can always contemplate what
that thought will be until it is now... go to it's source if you
have the focus... find out where all thoughts arise from.
Here is your contemplation... only think your last thought or
your next though...never think the now thought. Go for it,
       seriously... do it.
       Love ya, Jed.

Thank you. I tried this out today and could never come to a
conclusion what my next thought would be. I noticed something
interesting, however, which is when I was doing the exercise it
was easy to see that my thoughts originated deep within
something (or maybe me? but I don't think so). Very, very deep
within a large mass of 'something' too deep for me to see
clearly or really wrap my sight around it.

Stick with it, not just a passing glance... dig deep.

Thank you Jed. I find that the contemplation is a little
draining, so it might be a day or two before I regain interest
in it. But I really don't want to force myself to do it so I'm
       still waiting
