Thank you all for your responses... and you are doing what I
enjoy seeing you do. You are questioning, thinking ( ??? ???)
and continually turning into your own experiences. This is all
that is called for, continually turning inward. Good work in my
NVHO (not-very-humble-opinion). Thank you for my morning smile.
Love ya, Jed

This is difficult because I forget that i'm doing it, typically
on que with a topic change in thought content. Best as i can see
there is nothing really controlling them. It doesn't seem random
either. Seems like i need a thought to ping back and tell me i'm
aware of it but when i'm aware there can be no ping because it
is like a black hole. Staying with it seems more a matter of
discerning whether thoughts are inside or outside. If inside,
look at it till its outside. inside what? i dunno. The inside
ones sweep me away. The thoughts unseen don't really get
processed though, or something. When i watch the stream for
awhile greater epiphanies wash over and it seems as though the
body itself is learning bigger picture broad strokes
encompassing entire unprocessed micro subjects that maybe just
needed some attention.

Hi Anu:
You're here so it must be write. Keep it to 200 words per post
though. Brevity is good for all.
Love ya, Jed
P.S. Definitely some similarity in our experiences.

If thoughts are just coming without any control from me, which
is the same my experience, then what is generally sensed as
effort to think about this or that is just an illusion isn't it?
No need for "me" to think at all. (I'm not kidding.) Thoughts
just come and get accepted when they need to...is that right?
