hey
I havent been here in a while but I decided to revisit your
books and boy did I make the right decision. It really kicked my
ass, thanks.
My question: How do you operate in the dream when others are
still believing it to be real ? I find myself saying things that
offend people because they take a lot of things personally but I
don't do this intentionally. Sometimes I forget or am unaware
that people still hold on to certain beliefs or self images and
I end up saying something that stabs at it and they get hurt and
angry.
So how do you deal with this Jed?

I don't ''deal'' with much of anything. Most folks think they
have ''dealt'' with something when they have rationalize the
crap out of some previous crap and thus generated a human septic
tank they call relating or ''a relationship''. I suggest do what
you do and forget about what others think. It's there problem,
not yours. If they cant take it they will make soon be making
room for more appropriate friends. But don't try to tell them
what is cause you don't know yet. Gentle questions can be
helpful.

Thanks, I needed that. Lately, I have caught myself trying to
please people too often and trying my best not to hurt their
feelings.
On surface level I am well thanks for asking. It has been a hell
of a ride though, ups and downs and twists but like you said
'further' :)
