       Seen and never unseen

       I saw for myself everything arising spontaneously. It was an
       innocent investigation.
       Suddenly it all clicked
       everything is spontaneous
       Emotions,thoughts,feelings,decisions,movements,desires
       everything in the world with no doer
       A thought came to counter it "If i decide right now to raise my
       right hand i can decide to do it"
       Right away another thought countered "Why did you choose the
       right and and not the left hand to raise?"
       OHH fuck the thought right hand arose spontaneous by itself
       And after this it went to another level "well i guess i am
       awareness and everything is happening spontaneously"
       BUT then even this was countered "The movement of awareness is
       spontaneous YOU ARE NOT BEHIND THE AWARENESS PICKING WHERE IT
       GOES!!!
       OHH fuck The awareness moves by itself to the sounds or the
       thought or anything
       a counter came "You can decide to move your attention to the
       sounds"
       another thought interjected "Why did you choose to put your
       attention to the Sounds and not to focus on letz say your hands?
       OHH fuck Every Single Thing Happens By Itself No Doer
       Then I looked outside and it was all happening spontaneously as
       well the inside and outside had no difference So where does that
       leave me if everything is happening automatically?
       Writing this email I guess LOL.
