Dear Jed,
Is there any symptons that one knows if he releases something or
not?

Hi Viv:
Thanks for the good question. There is a very subtle sense
that's experienced when one releases. Imagine you get a big tax
bill and you are going ''oh crap!''. Right after that you get an
apology letter saying they made a mistake and they actually owe
you. Like phew, what a relief... that's the feeling.
Is that any assistance.
Love ya, Jed.

Do people yawn a lot when they release something?

Dear V:
Good question, yawning in particular, then burping and
overwhelming sleepiness are all symptoms of releasing things
that are just below consciousness. Try to fake a yawn, it comes
from just below your conscious awareness. It's the absolute best
sign that work is succeeding... even though you are probably not
consciously aware of it.
SOOOO... whatever you are doing is working and STICK WITH IT!
Love ya, Jed

Dear Jed
I wonder what makes people constantly do a practice/method and
believe it will lead him to T/R?

Hi Vivian:
I strongly suggest you start wondering about something that
might be of some value. Wonder about who is wondering, or wonder
about what is wonder or wonder about wonder. It's all a wonder
and to think there is an answer, well.... that's wonderful and
just more wondering as well.

Dear Jed
After inquiring myself "Who's wondering" for days, some bad
memories arise overwhelmingly. I have forgiven and released
those bad memories tremendously. After that I feel very
peaceful and most of the resentment disappears. And then I
continue to inquire myself " Who's wondering" but I sense
nothing. Should I keep doing it or what else can I do? Thank
you.

You have your answer but yet to realize it. Nothing is
wondering... who else could it possibly be?
Love ya, Jed
P.S. Keep releasing, the rabbit hole goes deep.

Dear Jed
It's hard for me to release spontaneously, I need to try hard to
release. Is there any way to trigger the release process more
easily?
