I got confused but did not know how to start

Dear Jed,
I read most of your books and am listening the first one. From
the theory, it looks that you understood your theory well;
however, I really did not know how to start the SA process.
I understood the theory of brain in a vat well, and could get
the concept that maybe all things perceived are just wrong,
provided by a super AI.
However, I am still stuck with the boring daily work...lots of
schedules, work, responsibilities. really did not know how to
start.
I tried to using SA technique, however, just did not know how to
start. I wrote a few pages, then paused..
I started to read your books back in May, and just could not
stop reading them again and again.
I think I need to go further, but did not know where further is.

Dear F/H:
Thank you for your post and welcome to the forum. S/A proved
very helpful in my works, but it's not for everyone. Of course,
I did many things before it, read the best books I could find
on the subject, meditated, seminars, satsangs all the usual
stuff. Maybe the Navigator Series is for you. Send me an email
