Hi Jed, I just finished reading your book (dream state). I've be
on my journey to T/R for about 6 year and I don't seem to be
making much progress. All these years I've focusing so hard on
achieving T/R. I still seem to be stuck.
I'm still struggling in this so called life. I have many medical
conditions that bring me a lot pain. I have tried what you
suggested; surrender to what is and forgive everything but I'm
still stuck in the same spot and am not making much progress.
Any suggestions on next step?
