I've stuck with the thought watching thing as per instruction. I
started viewing emotions and remembered the mind/body conspiracy
thing. I was just dreaming and a character in my dream picked up
a phone and froze so I took the phone from him. The voice on the
line was choppy at first and then it mentioned a question about
the closest thing to what I am since I was born (cant remember
how it was phrased exactly) but I woke up with that serious
dreadful fear coming at me and I was able to just say no and
topple it. Just sort of side stepped it I guess but it feels
monumental
