       Hello Mr. Jed
I have realized or understood without any doubt that I live in
another dimension created by the mind,
a world of ideas, thoughts, rules, goals and meaning.
In this world all is imaginary, it only exist in my mind.
but I see also another world, the real world, where my body
really exist, where I am not more than an animal looking for
       something to eat.
My question is: Is my body also a creation of my mind, is my
body only another idea or belif?
       Thank you

If you are seeing a body, or thinking you have one, or perhaps
feeling it, the you tell me who is making that experience up.
The thing that is pretty much ungraspable is that true T/R
requires the letting go of everything because anything you are
holding on to is blocking the way. T/R has a delicateness to it
that is very easily blocked by your beliefs and expectations.
Students read such words and say/think something like... Crap
Jed. what will be left... nothing? That's close but there was
only nothing to start with so what's the big deal. This is were
you might here someone who has T/R say that it is surprisingly
ordinary, kind of flat but not in an unpleasant way. Anyone who
says it's full of fireworks and bliss is just passing gas. The
"real deal'' lies beyond that. Screw bliss, go right on through
it. Easy to say and hard to do. It's where most students get
       stuck, often for a lifetime.
       Love ya, Jed.

I am making the experience, I the thinker.
If the self is a lie, then everything the self experience is
       also a lie?
everything I see, feel, hear, touch is also a lie?

       Hello Mr. Jed
I see that conciousness is the central point of all this
       journey.
I see some "attention" prior to mind in every experience, that I
think is what you call conciousness.
BUT, how can I be sure this is conciousness and not another
thought or another thing created by the mind?
I donīt want to be fooled by my mind again.
       Thank You.

Who is asking all these questions?
My false self, he (I) want to know everything.
For his (my) survival he must keep thinking no matter what, but
       never stop thinking...
how to get enlightened, when, why...
all this thinking is gas for his engine.
I am already enlightened, only I have to stop worring about
enlightenment and all the other worries in my life.

       Enlightenment is quit searching,
quit searching everything... happiness, richness, success,
       knowledge, enlightenment, love...
and even quit the desire to reach the "quit searching state"

       Everything is so confusing.
I donīt know where illusion ends and begins reality.
Everything I thought was "real" is not real, even myself.
       My question is:
Is there something alive? or everything is unreal and dead?
life exists? or there is only conciousness?
