"I" has been using the third person perspective view everything,
"I" just watch "I" show,
"I" thought that was me,

Hi there:
Welcome to the forum. If you experience/perceive something it is
definitely an illusion. If you want T/R it won't be an
experience. Don't expect that, or It, to make sense. If it did
then almost everyone would have got It. Very very few have got
it. However, something inside everyone pushes humans to seek It.

How to lose consciousness ......
Unaware of everything (consciousness itself would not exist)
...... like "pre-born", nothing. "
I want to completely disappear (I will not exist, including
consciousness). This is what I want

When I fall asleep, I can not feel myself.
At that time, Where am I?
At that time I was what? What can represent me (consciousness or
something else)?
Can it be said (when sleeping)I'm already dead?
