       violence

So...opinions have kind of got me thinking:
I have noticed that I have a strong aversion against violence.
Whenever this topic comes up, I can feel a rush of something
(adrenaline? :D ) going through my body and I feel like
screaming (see the irony here) at people: "don't you see how
useless this is? You are being so righteous and egoistic by
       using violence!"
And then I feel ridiculous because who am I to judge and damn
yes I'm actually doing the exact same thing by saying that I'm
against it, thinking that my opinion is "right" and theirs
       isn't.
Last time this topic came up I noticed all this. And was like
??? ??? to myself, wow congratulations, you're being ridiculous.
Then there was this strange feeling of "idk what the heck is
going on up there" a little like my brain just shut down, I
couldn't get my head around this. Can I have an opinion and at
the same time have no opinion? And at the same time figure that
having any opinion is pointless? :D

You can hold an opinion, hold no opinion, even believe that an
opinion exists... the big difference and question is where are
''you'' in all this? If you are using the above for
entertainment purposes, you know it to be such, and
paradoxically, there is no ''you'' involved, then in my
experience, you either have got ''it'' or are darn close.
I suggest you just observe very, very closely and that very
awareness will take care of everything in the end.
       Love ya, Jed.

       Right...Awareness is key I guess.
Another thing, I'm nibbling on the term ego a little. What
       exactly is it?
