i started this because this forum is new
one suggestion that i have is you put a conection at the end of
each chapter that links the previous and the next chapter

Yeah, I'm going to start on adding that. I've been looking for a
better way of adding the links automatically. If I can't find
it, I'll have to add them manually.

At the top-left corner, where there is "Hello"+ Username and
then links to "show unread posts since last visit", etc.
Actual design make it hard to read the date.
So maybe change it a little? Not that it is important or
anything, but just saying.

I tried to fiddle around the CSS with firebug and found editing
this CSS element made it look quite good

added a attachment with screenshot of how my CSS edit looked

These are also the settings I have. Maybe the problem comes from
the fact that i'm on chrome and you are on firefox?
Or maybe because my screen is too big (When i reduce the
"resolution" of the window, the date becomes visible).
Anyway, instead i just changed there :
div#upper_section div.user {
width: 80%;
float: left;
overflow: auto;
}
(usually it should be width: 50%;)
However, since i never really got into CSS, is there a way to
change it automatically, and save the setting for every page? Or
do i have to change it manually every time?

maybe a chatango that doesn't let anons on. must sign in?
also when you are reading a chapter, can you make the nav
selection collapse to the right? we would gain like 1/3 of the
page width wise to read on.

I'll try to see if I can make the navigation button collapse to
the right or maybe shorten their widths all together.
