Smoke is going to make a home for the Maneators in the cave on
the condition that they mine for him and he's going to absorb
all the power from all the crystals.

That's not actually baseless.
Darius doesn't look like a pauper. He is a higher level in the
beggar job.
Therefore it's logical that higher levels mean that Smoke will
be able to change back and forth when he gets higher levelled in
his job..... He could get Sierra to sell all his stuff, then he
go beg for gold and she could keep giving it to him again and
again. Giving her a better Disposition and therefore not Chaotic
Red.

She might be given the spell to turn people AND have control on
her own transformation.

I think something like turning others will be restricted to
witches.
If she becomes a Moon Knight she wouldn't be neutral that's
certain.
