       I would like one too but if I add one people will just spam
       their server IP's or anything else that is inappropriate. Over
       time as more people join the forums the off topic forum will be
       filled with spam and we will have to take it down. So im having
       second thoughts about adding an off topic forum. There are pros
       and cons to it depend on how you think about it.

       I think it would be good to, but yeah Jamo is right. Eventually
       we will be spammed in there and people will be posting ips like
       he said. My suggestion is that we have restrictions on the
       content we put in there. Like forum rules. Here are some that I
       think would go well. If you are able to block or ban ips.
       1. No provocative language! ( Swearing racism sexism etc.)
       2. Respect ALL staff and members.
       3.No advertising any websites if seen you will be Banned from
       the forums.
       4.No inappropriate images. (Child porn, porn abuse etc.)
       Sorry if the 4th rule was quite rude its just a suggestion.
