I've always believed that Canon had the edge over Nikon at
present, although the new range of Nikon's may redress that
balance

I can't find phones made by either of those manufacturers ???
I've heard that Nokia are the best.

There is no doubt that both Nikon and Canon are capable of great
photos. The best advice I had when buying my current camera is
to go to the shop and handle the camera, the weight and feel is
as important as its features. This is what I did and ended up
with a Nikon D60.

Having recently started a photography course I now believe there
isn't much difference between the two. the group I'm in are
split evenly between the two. The only difference is the user
and his or her ability with the camera in hand
