How do you mean? Purely as judges or taking part in the comp as
well?

Jacobs office's are fine, I belive when it was orginally sent
out other offices where inculded. In some cases got a bit of a
telling off cause they had already set one up.
But if they are not jacobs then I dont see why they should be
inculded in a Jacobs photo compiition.
