       Voting and aims of the monthly photo competition

       All,
       Been a few comments buzzing around re:tactical voting, which is
       all harmless "gamesmanship" i'm sure.. I've no doubt votes are
       cast because you may be friends with one of the entrants etc..
       that's human nature..
       However i would encourage everyone to simply vote for their
       favourite photo, the photograph which most fits the monthly
       theme.. the photograph you like!
       At the end of the day this competition was created because there
       are alot of keen photographers within the company and it would
       be nice to shoot to a theme each month, plus share tips,
       technique and for inspiration..
       Anyway i'm looking forward to all the entries for this months
       comp..
