My Schedule

I just wanted to take a minute to update people on this, in case
anyone has been wondering what's going on, since my posts have
dropped recently.
Most of you know that I have a type of insomnia called
'mid-waking', where I go to sleep, wake up for a while, then go
back to sleep. While it doesn't hit me every night, it's a
pretty regular thing, and my schedule has adjusted so I still
get enough sleep while doing that.
Recently, that hasn't been happening. Instead of waking up
anytime between around 2:30 and 5pm, I've been sleeping through
and waking up well after 5pm. Since that's 'off my schedule',
I've been tending to spend that extra time in bed, instead of
hoping up, checking on the boys, then spending a bit of time on
the forum. The drawback to that is that the rest of my day's
still the same, so when I do have time to sit down and update
the forum, I've been distracted or low energy.
Hopefully I'll adjust soon. And I do have some things to blog
up. I'll make a real effort to catch up soon. Now that the
long weekend is over, maybe I'll even get some of it done today.
When I first started the original forum, I hadn't had to deal
with this problem for a while, and I don't remember exactly when
it came back. It does tend to come and go, so I don't really
know if this will be a short term change or not. Whichever it
is, I just wanted to let everyone know what's going on.
