       No, you can qualify by certain conditions. On the other hand,
       beeing born in Germany alone doesn't qualify automatically.
       Either you need a German parent or one parent must live for
       eight years or more in Germany (and several more conditions,
       e.g. speaking German).

       Thanks for the information.  So Germany is unlike America.  Here
       if you are born here you are an American Citizen.
