Bransom, TX

A member sent me a message last night that shocked me.
Hi Jack,
I just found this online.
HTML http://www.bransomtx.com/storylist.html
The story links work.
Remember, I've been working on Bransom for probably ten years
now (I spent several months with the planning, web site, and
writing early stories). That doesn't even consider all the
information that was lost when the first form went down (or how
much has happened in my real life).
So, let me go back to basics and cover a couple of points where
I may have made unwarranted assumptions about what people
actually know.
1) bransomtx.com is an actual website. If you click 'Enter
Bransom, Texas, it takes you to a page that talks about how I
set things up and a bit about the background of them. At the
bottom of that page, are two more links. One takes you to legal
disclaimers and an explanation of my rating system (0 to 9, not
G to XXX), and one that takes you to the story index. The list
I included in the quote above can be found under 'All Stories
Listed By Year. There is also a link for 'Background and
Information' which talks about our home, our schools, and a bit
about Bransom herself. There is a second link that takes you to
discussions of how we generally celebrate Halloween and
Christmas.
2) I currently have 142 stories on MMSA under Jack Wells
HTML http://www.malespank.net/listAuthor.php?author=Jack+Wells
The stories here are two-fold. One is reposts of stories shared
on the Bransom, TX site, meant to get those stories to a wider
audience and invite people to join us here. The other are what
I call 'pure fiction', which are not inspired by my life and
don't interact with the characters (the only exception to that
rule - as far as I can remember - is a couple of stories Kat and
I co-authored where characters from his The Boy Next Door series
visited 'my family').
3) I also have a few stories under Daddy Jayce
HTML http://www.malespank.net/listAuthor.php?author=Daddy+Jayce
These aren't really great stories. In about 2000, I became
convinced I was a porn/internet addict. For a period of six or
seven years, I had a minimal internet presence and I tried to
avoid the spanking community entirely. In the 90s, I had
written a great many stories - some were real life and have now
been re-written, but others were of the 'pure fantasy' school
and I don't really remember if I've recreated them or not. I
shared some of those stories, but I, at least, don't have copies
of any of them anymore.
My original intention had been to use the Jack Wells handle on
MMSA to share just my Bransom stories, while Daddy Jayce was
going to be for my 'pure fiction'. My writing style was
apparently much too distinct (not to mention the subject matter
of the story Crimsonhide and I co-authored) and Skater quickly
recognized me.
Except the ones with Crimsonhide, these stories are rather
basic. They were really just me playing around with some ideas
and attempting to find my voice again more than anything else.
Looking back, I consider most of them to be more writing
exercises than real stories.
[hr]
So, sorry if any of you have been missing out on anything. I
wasn't hiding them intentionally. I hope that information
helps.

Are you still concerned about that now? Do you find the content
of other people's fictional stories disturbing?

I know I'm an addict. The first thing I do when I get up of a
morning is turn the computer on and check emails, sites,
messages and posts. Then I leave it on all day, checking it
periodically to see who or what has been posted since the last
time I checked.

I think what would be addiction under some circumstances isn't
under others. If you called in sick at the office so you could
stay home and read "interesting" stories on the net or posts on
a forum then that sounds a lot like addiction. The same
activities when you are retired and have time on your hands
would not qualify in my opinion.

Very much so - both in what they portray and that some authors
seem to be filled with hate and vile (and often the same person
- naming no names).
It wasn't just porn, though. It was games and chat and
different interests in different areas, and the amount of time I
spent on it was beginning to cause problems elsewhere. While I
never made a complete break, I quit online gaming entirely (and
have still never gotten back into that), and got away from the
spanking scene for a while.
Let me also remind people that my site also hosts a gallery of
tBig's M/m poser spanking art -

His artwork, "Pool Span" so reminds me of my old YMCA days.
Only difference we had to get all the way out of the pool and
was paddled bent over while standing on the deck.

An image of Zyngaru's RL experience would demonstrate that the
spanking at least had the cooperation if not the consent of the
spankee. Many of tBig's images appear not to show any
cooperation and in that sense they appear to be assaults rather
than punishments. In Zyngaru's case I think the spankees had a
choice - bend over and hold still for the licks or get dressed
and go home.

I agree, with a slight difference. Not so sure we consented so
much as accepted the inevitable.
