       Summer Camp Bound
By: Jack Date: June 17, 2018, 4:51 am
       ---------------------------------------------------------
I will probably be offline the rest of the day.
Of course, today is Father's Day - Happy Me! I know we're
planning a brunch to celebrate. After that, we'll be loading
the vans and bus and taking off. We're hoteling tonight and
dropping the boys off first thing tomorrow, so I should be back
       tomorrow afternoon.
There are still a lot of updates I need to post, if people are
actually interested (thanks to everyone who replies on a regular
basis, since you're the ones who keep me writing), including
       some spankings that happened yesterday.
Jeremy is going to be a junior councilor the next couple of
weeks, but Van, Parker and Ethan won't be going, though all the
other kids still in school (not college) will be. Van and
Parker are going to other camps, and Ethan has to attend college
       orientation and registration.
Connor and Curtis won't be going, and neither well Rhett and
Ryder or Andy and Ollie. All three pairs of boys are very close
as brothers and as a group, and they all decided to wait until
next year and share their first year of camp together. Along
with Paden, they'll be spending a week at the Y day camp, then
their parents and Steve and Belle have plans for them the week
       after that.
There are still going to be kids around here. The college kids
who aren't going to camp have taken on baby sitting jobs for two
weeks, while I'll be busy with other stuff, so the same kids who
are around here a lot, will still be coming, so things will go
on pretty much the same, just with me getting to lie in bed a
bit later, and with less volume (in numbers and noise).

The college kids that are babysitting. Babysitting the boys who
did not go to camp, so you have free time? Or babysitting kids
who visit a lot so you have free time? Either way or both will
make things easier for you, so you can get other things done.
Outside kids, will they be sleeping over? I could see the
college kids babysitting them all week at Jack's House to give
their parents a break for the summer? Just a few questions,
       because I am curious.

       Happy Father’s Day jack
Safe travels there and back and I hope you have a good little
       trip
That’s great about your older boys helping out and I hope you
find some to yourself to do a little of what you want and
relax... I know this has always generally been your time while
the kiddos were away at camp.... ENJOY
       Hugs kal

I didnt bring a laptop this time and its hard for my thick
fingers to text, so this is the short version.
Im not expecting anyone to spend the night unless they are
friends with one of the boys still at home. The college boys
will be 'supervising' some of the boys who are here almost every
day and are still here. I will add a list when i get home.

We pick the kids up from summer camp on Saturday.
       Corey's wedding is Friday night.
I gave up and hired a couple of drivers, so Chris, Corey, and I
can sleep on the way down there. I just didn't see any other
good alternative. While anyone can drive the cargo or passenger
van, the bus does require a CDL.
We're also taking Uber to the wedding, so we can toast the happy
couple without worrying about it. I hate spending money we
don't have to spend, but this just seems like the best and
smartest way to take care of everything we need to do without
       disappointing anyone.
