Thank you for the kind thought, but let me clarify something
(mostly because of what I've been hearing almost non-stop in the
real world for the last few days, not anything said here).
I was taking care of myself. I was drinking a lot of water -
just water, on top of the two cokes I allow myself each day and
all the fruit juice I drink.
The problem was that my blood pressure was very high back in
January, and the doctors prescribed a number of medications for
it, while trying to get it down where they wanted it. They
specifically gave me a diuretic (makes you pass water), and told
me to cut back on my water and sodium intake. I was simply
following doctors orders, but things were overdone somewhere.
The real problem was that I didn't really show any signs of
being dehydrated, at least not the normal signs that I've seen
before. To the left, at least now I'll recognize if this
situation happens again and be prepared to drink more. Added to
that, I have rearranged my schedule a bit to take in more water
first thing in the morning, JIC.

No go. For one, I couldn't send the kids anyplace, and inviting
other people here while I was here would be the opposite of
restful.
In the second place, I felt bad for literally about 30 minutes.
That's why I wonder about dehydration - because I felt fine
without cooling off or taking in more liquids.
Whatever the cause was, I am doing fine, and I have a better
idea what symptoms to watch for now.

physical done if you haven't already with your regular doc.
