Good point, Adric.
Yes, that was no big deal, as he had been spending within his
allowance, so I just had to transfer the money from his debit
account to the credit card. Once I determined to my
satisfaction, that it was an accident, it was no big deal.

So, inquiring minds want to know - did Greg reimburse you?
I'm not positive, but I'm guessing David is talking
about this ...
On the other hand, David could also be talking about a BOTD from
last year ...
I'm guessing David was talking about this incident

Hard to believe Greg has been off the books (so to speak) for
more than a year now. As I said before, he really is pretty
quiet, in that he doesn't put himself forward much. After his
one taste of the paddle, his driving improved (or maybe having
to go to court made an impression?). I looked back over this
thread, and I should say that he loved his ski trip last year -
loved it enough that he did it again this year.
That's actually the reason I thought to update this now. Greg
finished his tests last Wednesday, spent the night with a local
friend, and they drove into Colorado Thursday. He spent a long
weekend skiing and relaxing, and he should be heading for the
airport in about 75 minutes (if I'm figuring the time difference
correctly).
I should also say that Greg has decided on a major. After a lot
of thought and consideration, and a little regret, he's gone
with chemical engineering. It was really a two-fold decision,
based partially on his feeling that with all the environmental
issues today, and with the current lack of interest in science
from the 'current administration' that CE might have more of a
possibility in the near future, since so many people these days
are going into the various computer fields.
He's not going to be able to graduate this spring, because there
are some of his classes he can't take together, because of
prerequisites. He is currently on schedule to graduate next
December.
