       I'm probably not the right person to discuss this with, but I
       feel like meeting the 'proper disciplinarian' depends on a lot
       of things.
       To me, you have to have a way to meet people, have to be able to
       know what you want, and that means you have to know what you
       want.  With the resources available on the net today, I hope it
       might be easier to find the right person, if you're willing to
       take the time to work at it.
