Jack, remember that there's no hurry. The Wayback Machine has
the info it has, and that's not going away. I mean, you don't
need to sacrifice your family life to do everything right now.

At this time, I think Wayback has already been mined for as much
as there was, and adding more people to the work that's left
will be more trouble than it's worth, becasue of coordination
issues.
Thanks for asking though, and don't worry - I'll probably be
requesting more help soon.

I will also help, but the key question I have is that someone
needs to coordinate who works on what, in order that efforts not
be wasted and duplicated.
Who will be doing that?

For now, unless someone is familiar with setting up online
software like phpBB or wikicommons, there's not much else that
can be done.
When I have phpBB set up, and when I've decided on the best
approach for future organization, I will probably be taking the
next step and asking for help when I'm ready to give
assignments.
