He's expecting six students this morning (from Friday
afternoon), and asked if I can be there before 8am and handle
the line ...
Maybe now their new plan is just to make sure you have a line to
handle each morning when you arrive. :D
Adric, that is what I am thinking.
They want Jack. So I can see them having Jack come in a little
early and just schedule the boys to be there waiting for Jack
when he comes in.
I mean really? How are they going to list a job opening?
BCA is in need of an older spanko to be available to spank boys
ages, 11 to 19. He needs to be familiar with all forms of
spanking. He needs to be comfortable spanking boys clothed, on
underpants and bare bottom. He needs to be both companionate
and firm, with strong arms to both swing a mean paddle and give
a hearty hug.
Yep. I can just see that kind of advertisement in the job
listings.

It's not impossible, but I'm told Monday are usually busier than
other days, because kids are antsier and more likely to act up
on Friday afternoon.

That was actually pretty hilarious, Zyngaru. However, the line
up is something they've always done. As I've said before it's
minor things (like tardies) that are turned in at the end of the
day, and major problems that occur during or after the last
period. Sometimes it also ends up dealing with things that
happen in the mornings before school, when someone is referred
to the office.
As for your ad itself - I'd imagine they'll just advertise for
someone with experience to handle a VP position that will
include use of corporal punishment. The details can be
discussed during the interview.
When I came in, I was sad to see Chas and Linc Tidwell sitting
there, and they were obviously sad to see me - maybe not for the
same reasons. I had four boys there at that point, and I took
the one tardy (out of two expected) into the office. He had
multiple tardies, and got three swats on his trousers. The
other tardy came in, and it was another of my boys - Ethan
Guthrey. I told him he'd missed his chance, so he could sit and
wait, then I took the Tidwell boys into the office. They'd been
running and roughhousing in the hall, but not actually
scuffling. "We were just playing, U.. Mr. Wells." I had to
lecture them about following the rules, and as to how running in
the halls can cause problems, as well as being unsafe (I
hesitate to call it outright dangerous). I explained my deal
with their father to Mr. C, who was acting as witness. Linc is
fourth grade, and there's really not an appropriate paddle for a
9-year old's bare bottom (not for something not much more
serious), so I ended up putting him over my lap and giving him a
moderate hand spanking that had him crying (no, I wouldn't do
that with most students, but I can legally treat the Tidwells
like my own kids, when their parents aren't around). Chas is
only a 7th grader, but he's very big for his age, so I used the
7th grade paddle and he got six swats bare, understanding that
part of them were for being a bad influence on Linc.
I didn't know the fourth person who'd been there to start. He'd
been written up for disrupting his last period class. The
teacher had been pretty specific, and he'd actually been sent to
the office, but he rides home in a school van, so he'd been
released and called back. He was pretty obviously lying, so I
offered to call his parents to come in and discuss the issue
with his teacher. He backpedaled pretty quickly at that point.
Mr. P had recommended 4 with his pants down, since he'd had a
similar problem last semester. I thought about adding one for
dishonesty, but stayed with 4, and Mr. C agreed. He was a fifth
grader, but not big for his age, and still wearing cartoon
briefs (Superman). I used the smallest paddle, but he was still
crying after the third swat, and he yelped with each one. After
he got up, I gave him some Kleenex, and he was pretty cute,
because he cleaned up while his trousers were still around his
ankles, and his shirt was still tucked up a bit.
My sixth kid was out sick, I found out, so I brought in Ethan.
He's doing better this semester, but he still has an auto
upgrade, because of all the trouble he's had being on time in
the past, so he got four on his boxers. He wasn't happy, but he
didn't protest or anything. I offered to let someone else give
them, and he thanked me, but asked me to. He yelped a lot, but
didn't cry.
I got to go to class after that, and I've already written about
how that went.

That's cute, how they almost called you uncle. I'm sorry for the
boys who have to wait all weekend, though.
Who would have told you when you were a teenager that you would
reject a job that involved spanking boys?

The question isn't who would have told me. The question is,
would I ever have believed them.
This is the second time I've done it, though. I was never quiet
offered the VP job at Kerr, but they did ask me if I wanted to
apply. I had already decided to go to work full time at the
store by that point, however. Of course, while I would probably
have paddled more boys at the school, I doubt any of them would
have been bare bottomed, which happened more than a few times at
the store, not to mention that's not only where I met some of my
best friends, but even a few of my kids (I met Mikell, Chris,
and JD all through the store, before they became part of the
family).

Nope, definitely sick - the secretary let me know.
Poor kid was the only one in the office today, but Mr. P
handled him. All my students were well-behaved as well. Our
discussion on how to find books went great, and we read and
discussed the introduction to Brian's Winter, so it was a really
good day, even without any paddling.

What was that kid in Mr. P's office for?
You know what Mr. P sentenced him to? :'(

My answer was in response to David's comment about the sixth kid
from Wednesday who was out sick, but who was supposed to get two
swats on his trousers for tardiness.

You know what grade that kid was in?
I notice the other two students who you paddled for tardiness
got more than that.
Is two swats over pants the minimum for tardiness and then it
goes from there for repeat offending?

It was on the form, so I'm sure I did, but I don't remember. He
looked maybe a small 7th - 12 or 13 (hard for younger kids to be
tardy in the afternoon, because of the way their classes are
run).

Yes, it's progressive - so many tardies before you get in
trouble at all, then a minimum when it starts to become a
problem. Then it builds.
