I originally considered sending it to Skater for that purpose
but then decided the responses would be very limited.

Oh! I got it wrong!
I thought it was a portrait of Uncle Emlyn.
Isn't Uncle Emlyn holding the cane, with a line of naughty boys
just out of camera range waiting for their turn to be caned like
only Uncle Emlyn can do properly.

I consulted with Skater and he feels it could be useful for a
caption BOTD so we may see this picture again.
