       Halloween Ends - A Spanking Story (Spoilers)

       Halloween Ends is the last part of a movie trilogy that just
       didn't need to happen.  The first part was okay, the second was
       pretty damned bad, and the third wasn't a lot better.   Having
       said that...
       Halloween Ends basically starts with a 21 year old boy
       babysitting a 9 year old boy.   It was Halloween night, so Mom
       confessed to the babysitter that, since Micheal Meyers had gone
       on a rampage the year before, the boy had been having nightmares
       and wetting the bed, so NO scary movies.  They then skipped to a
       scene with the two boys watching John Carpenter's The Thing-
       which is pretty scary, very grotesque, and rated R.  The young
       adult seemed more scared than the kid.
       At this point, the kid....
       Hang on - Okay, Corey is the young adult, Jeremy is the 9-year
       old.  That should make it easier.
       At this point, Jeremy reveals himself to be a major brat,
       insulting Corey and calling him names.  Corey decides no need to
       act nice, so sends him to bed. Jeremy storms off, Corey goes to
       get a snack.  Then noises start happening, the front door
       opends, a knife Corey had been using disappears, and Jeremy
       screams.  Instead of just noping on out or calling the cops,
       Corey looks for Jeremy, ends up going into the attic, and Jeremy
       locks him in there.
       At this point, the movie gets pretty stupid, because, after
       several attempts, Corey kicks the door open, but Jeremy is
       standing right there, and it knocks him over the railing and he
       falls two stories (?) to the floor and dies.  Corey is arrested,
       but apparently not charged or found innocent, because the movie
       skips ahead ... two or three years maybe, and he's working.
       Here's the thing - If the kid had locked me in the attic and
       stuck around to gloat, I would have handled it like this.
       "Jeremy, here's what's going to happen.  You're going to open
       the door, you and I are going to go to your room, I'm going to
       bare your butt, put you over my knee, and spank you until you're
       ready to cry yourself to sleep."
       "Oh right, pervert.  And why are we going to do that?"
       "Because, if you don't, I'm going to call your Mom and tell her
       she has to come home right now, and tell her exactly what you
       did.  And then I'll tell every kid I know that you still wet the
       bed."
       "What are you going to spank me with?" Jeremy asks as he opens
       the door.
       I don't see much more happening beyond that - it's just an
       excuse to describe spanking a boy; probably a first spanking
       (maybe for both of them).  Unless some other idea is there, I
       don't really see a reason to write it, but I did want to share
       it - especially for anyone who's seen the movie.
